By participating you will:

  4. what we can do on our own to strengthen our digestive system (diet, exercise, relaxation techniques, mindset, etc.)

  6. actively participate and acquire knowledge through an intertwining of theoretical content with active student participation

Content description:

Why is it so important that at least 80% of our daily food intake should consist of plant-based foods that are as unprocessed as possible, seasonal and locally grown? What do we gain by simply following the 80:20 rule?. Do you know it? You will learn about it in this workshop. As well as about all the benefits it brings. You will receive a shopping list, easy recipes and some tricks to help you organise and plan your meals.
