By participating you will:
- learn about the wheel of monitoring your daily food intake through the well be plate and how to turn it in the right direction
- learn why it is so important for our digestive system to function optimally
- what are the factors that affect our digestive system and what are the signs indicating that not everything about it is as it should be
- what we can do on our own to strengthen our digestive system (diet, exercise, relaxation techniques, mindset, etc.)
- learn about the wheel of monitoring your daily food intake through the well be plate and how to turn it in the right direction
- actively participate and acquire knowledge through an intertwining of theoretical content with active student participation
Content description:
Why is it so important that at least 80% of our daily food intake should consist of plant-based foods that are as unprocessed as possible, seasonal and locally grown? What do we gain by simply following the 80:20 rule?. Do you know it? You will learn about it in this workshop. As well as about all the benefits it brings. You will receive a shopping list, easy recipes and some tricks to help you organise and plan your meals.
