Content description:

We often have a feeling that we are running out of time to do everything we want to accomplish. Recognising time eatersand becoming aware of time-consuming patterns helps us organise our time in terms of priorities. The feeling of being burdened with activities and obligations is reduced, which makes experiencing them less stressful. The use of successful time management techniques makes for the successful reconciliation of work and private life. Efficient time use enables us to achieve a higher quality of life.
