She first widened her knowledge by acquiring NLP skills (INLPTA certificate), and then continued with transactional analysis, studying under the supervision of Aleksandra Meško for four years, and is now the first trainee specialist in the field of organisational TA in Slovenia.

In the meantime, she has completed the first degree of medical hypnosis with Prof. Alan Pajntar (EHS) as well as the Training of Trainers course. She has concluded that people sometimes find it easier to express themselves through movement and words, so from 2015 she was training in the field of psychodrama in conjunction with transactional analysis under the supervision of Dr Lidija Vasiljević and Ivana Mandarić, successfully completing this training this winter.

She has gained professional experience dealing with occupational psychology and human resources development in numerous small enterprises . Since 2007 she has worked with individuals and teams in organisations where her fields of work are, in particular, systemic HR consultancy (competency models, accountability matrix, succession systems, talent pools and reward systems), evaluation of the potential of individuals and teams, development of human resources with mobile individual and group training and coaching. Her youthful enthusiasm, openness to change, different skills and experiences inspire her to work with people and organisations.
